There's been a setback in the campaign to keep open Northern Ireland's regional electoral offices, including Ballymena's.
The Northern Ireland Office will withhold financial pounds and pence details from the public consultation - due to start next week .
Union NIPSA condemns Minister Kris Hopkins' move.
It says "the reforms are driven by budget cuts, so financial information is critical for the consultation. And the NIO is the only stumbling block to getting this information."
