A Nisa grocery shop on the Creggan Road, Carrickmore has been the latest target for burglars in the Tyrone area.
It comes only 6 weeks after a chinese takeaway, directly across from the shop, was ransacked by burglars.
The robber was caught on CCTV raiding the shop in the early hours of Thursday morning.
The video footage showed the hooded criminal scouring the shop for 20 minutes.
Their main focus was cigarettes and money from the till, however they left minor damages on the door at the rear entrance.
Between the goods and money that was stolen, the owner Jackie Ward has lost out on £7,000.
Local assembly member Barry McElduff said that Jackie Ward and her staff are extremely hard working and respected people in the area; which is in stark contrast to the "thief in the night" that decided to corrupt her business.
He has also been talking to the local PSNI about clamping down on the recent number of attacks on local businesses and burglaries in the area.
Mr McElduff told Q Radio that the community need to become more vigilant and take more precautions in order to ensure the safety of their homes and businesses.
