A new Northern Trust service model promises patients in Antrim-Ballymena, Causeway, East Antrim and Mid-Ulster quick access to a dedicated local team.
Now a lot of NHS paperwork still uses actual physical paper.
But the Trust's Assistant Director of Community Care, Roy Hamill, says - for them at least - this will change:
