Back in May it was confirmed that Strabane would have it's own McDonald's branch by 2018.
At that time, there was meant to be 65 jobs earmarked for the store.
However, that figure has now almost doubled; with 120 jobs allocated to the fast food restaurant.
According to the Strabane Chronicle, some positions have already been filled before construction has even begun.
The buiding will be built at the Pat Kirk site on Railway Road and is due to commence next month.
