Northern Ireland's Paramilitary Crime Task Force has found £3,000 in cash after searching a vehicle on the M1.
It was stopped on Sunday and the money seized under the Proceeds of Crime Act.
PSNI Detective Inspector White said: "Our operations will continue into paramilitary groups and they can expect no let-up in our focus regarding their criminality."
