Police in Ballymena are appealing for witnesses and information following an alleged assault in the carpark area of McDonalds, Ballymena.
It happened during the early hours of Sunday 20th May 2018.
Constable Ruth Irvine said;
“It was reported that sometime between 01.00 and 02.15 on Sunday 20th May 2018 there was an alleged assault which took place in the carpark area involving a female and a number of males which were travelling in a vehicle.
"We are appealing for anyone with information who may have witnessed this assault in the area or have information about the incident to contact police at Ballymena PSNI on 101 quoting 272 20/05/18.
"Or, if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
