Police say a man shot in the chest by an officer during an incident in Derry/Londonderry at the weekend has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
The 42-year-old was arrested on Monday following the shooting in the Celandine Court area of Gobnascale on Saturday night.
He's recovering in hospital and will be interviewed by detectives in due course.
Meanwhile the Police Ombudsman is investigating a complaint from the man's family.
