A quad has been stolen from a property in Draperstown.
The PSNI has just released the details but it happened overnight on the 19th/20th December.
Police say it was stolen without any keys.
They believe the thieves pushed it quite a distance, through fields and up hills.
Anyone who spotted anything suspicious is urged to contact police on 101, quoting CC1078 21/12/18.
A spokesperson for the PSNI said "Thefts from farms cost our farmers a lot of money and inconvenience to their daily routines.
"Remember we provide a trailer marking scheme which visibly identifies your trailer and our Crime Prevention Officer can offer advice on how to mark machinery and how to protect your farm from theft.
"She is available daily by contacting Magherafelt Station."
