A North Antrim woman says her elderly brother has greatly benefited from a scheme keeping many older people out of A & E.
Sheila's brother Robin (we're withholding surnames at her request ) has been recovering in a nursing home after two hip operations in recent years.
Since 2015 the Northern Trust has trained up some care homes to deal with certain A&E-type procedures.
And Sheila says Robin used to have awful hassle when his catheter came out:
