Stewartstown Amateur Dramatic Society’s 2018 production will be Pinocchio.
It’s just been announced by the company’s Artistic Director Bryan Morgan.
This production which tells the tale of the loveable wooden puppet is guaranteed to be a fantastic version to delight all ages.
It takes place at the Burnavon and due to public demand it’ll be increased to twelve shows next year.
Bryan says that this traditional panto, with dame included, will entertain and tug a little on your heartstrings as you follow Pinocchio on a journey to happiness.
Chairperson Pat Smith explained to a packed AGM meeting that it was important that the drama society continued to keep building on the success of the last two years with sell out shows.
Pat says they’re delighted that next year there will be three shows every weekend throughout January.
“We are overwhelmed by the support from the community and can only contribute our success to the dedication and hard work of everyone involved with drama group from its formation,” he says.
Auditions will begin in September.
If you are interested in joining the Society (in front or behind the scenes), or wish to offer your support, please contact Chairperson, Pat Smith on 07583 263 274.
