An anti-Irish Language tweet from a local MLA has been met with deliberate positivity.
In his tweet, South Down's Jim Wells encouraged those who wanted to see the effects of an Irish Language Act, to visit Newry, Mourne and Down.
The DUP assembly member is outspoken against the introduction of such an Act.
Responses on Twitter commended Mr Wells for publicising the Irish Language and the Newry, Mourne and Down region in one fell swoop!
