A valuable piece of farming equipment has been stolen from a property on the Dunlade Road in Greysteel.
It's believed to have been taken sometime within the last 10 days.
Police have described the equipment as a Fleming 'Land leveller', which is blue with a yellow manufacturers logo, similar to that which is pictured.
Constable Logue said, "This is a valuable piece of equipment and apart from the initial cost of replacement there is the inconvenience of not being able to use the equipment when required, actually sourcing replacement equipment and completing loss reports etc.
"If you have any information that may lead to the recovery of this equipment please ring 101 quoting referance number 1194 of the 29th of August.
"We would also stress to farmers yet again if strange vehicles pull into your yard, note the registration and ring 101."
