A woman has been arrested by police investigating allegations of ill-treatment of patients at Muckamore Abbey Hospital.
The 52-year-old was detained in the Antrim area this morning.
She is the 16th person to be arrested as part of the major investigation which was launched in 2017.
Earlier this month, it was announced seven people have been informed they are to be prosecuted by the Public Prosecution Service for a range of offences, including alleged ill-treatment and wilful neglect contrary to the Mental Health Order 1986.
The PPS said another eight people had been reported in a second investigation file.
It remains under consideration.
