A woman's ended a court battle over the naming of a Newry playground after an IRA hunger striker.
Bea Worton accepted her argument was now academic.
It follows the decision by the Equality Commission to rescind its approval of the name Raymond McCreesh Park.
The Commission's been ordered to pay half of the eighty-eight year old's legal fees.
