The Met Office has issued a yellow warning for wind and snow between 1pm tomorrow and 3pm on Thursday.
It says frequent heavy snow showers are expected, along with very gusty winds and there is a small chance of lightning affecting some areas.
Counties Antrim, Fermanagh, Tyrone and Derry/Londonderry are most likely to experience the worst conditions.
The Met Office is also warning of blustery conditions as well as blizzard conditions over higher routes.
