Councils in border areas have presented a report to European Parliament demanding Brexit transition cash.
The cross-community document recommends 11 councils on either side should receive multi-million pound "transition assistance".
Agriculture, fishing imports, small businesses, community services and health services are specified.
The report also makes recommendations for cross-border projects including infrastructure and the Good Friday Agreement.
