BT are recruiting 100 graduates and apprentices across Northern Ireland.
The telecommunications services company has a branch in Enniskillen and has created 24 new job roles for the area.
It's part of their company-wide drive to equip young people with the skills and training needed to keep up with the challenges of a changing jobs market.
A spokesperson for the company has said the majority of the jobs across Northern Ireland will be engineering based.
The rest will be customer service, software development, fleet management and supply chain management.
BT is one of Northern Ireland's largest employers.
In Fermanagh, they employ 1,400 people with 330 BT and EE employees and contractor working locally.
BT's output for Fermanagh is £216 million and its gross value added is £109 million.
Along with Enniskillen, the jobs will be spread across Belfast and Derry chains.
