Police say a flat in Holywood has been "extensively damaged" as a result of a fire.
It is believed to have been started deliberately, at around 11.40pm in the Oakley Avenue area last night.
A wheelie bin was placed against the front door of the property and set alight.
Nobody was in the property at the time.
