£8.7 million extra funding for maintenance for ambulances

Millions of pounds in funding has been granted for ambulance maintenance.

The Department of Finance announced the eight point seven million pounds will also be used for defibrillators.

The life saving machines were installed in the city centre last year.

They are now located in schools, sporting clubs and many other locations across the North West.
