Detectives have seized a quantity of ammunition and suspected drugs following a search in north Belfast.
The search took place this morning.
Detective Sergeant Stephen Gardiner said:
“Officers carried out a proactive policing operation at a house just after 11am this morning.
A quantity of ammunition and a quantity of suspected Class A and Class C Controlled drugs were seized during the investigation.
The items have been taken away for further forensic examination.
“I would appeal to anyone with information about criminality in their area to call 101.
Alternatively, information can be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime.”
