A man was assualted and kicked on the ground, while another was left with a serious head injury after being attacked with a brick in Omagh earlier this month.
That's after a pair of early morning assualts in the area of John Street and High Street in Omagh earlier this month.
"The first incident occurred on John Street where a male was assaulted and then kicked while he was on the ground by two other males outside a business premises," a police statement read.
"The second assault occurred in the High Street area of Omagh, where the male from the previous assault struck another male in the back of the head with a large brick, resulting in a serious head injury," it continued.
The incidents happened at around 2:20AM on the morning of Saturday 1st October.
Police say they've arrested and released a man on police bail in relation to the assaults.
"One man has been arrested and released on police bail in relation to these assaults, however I would appeal to anyone who was in the John Street or High Street areas of Omagh and may have witnessed either incident or who may have any information regarding persons involved to contact Omagh Police Station on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference number 195 of 01/10/16," a police statement read.
Officers now wish to speak to anyone who may have been in the area at the time.
"Or, if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111," it added.
