Two men armed with a hammer and a knife have stolen a charity box and cigarettes from a shop in Newtownabbey.
They were wearing dark clothes and balaclavas when it happened around 6pm yesterday evening around Abbots Cross.
It's though they got away in a stolen black Peugeot 208 which was taken during a creeper style burglary in north Belfast on Thursday night.
A spokesperson for the PSNI said: "Detective Sergeant Miller is appealing for anyone who witnessed the robbery or the whereabouts of the black Peugeot car or anyone with any information that can assist with the investigation to contact detectives in Antrim on 101 quoting reference 1123 09/11/18.
"Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime."
