Major disruption is expected at a Ballymena road junction in the New Year.
Northern Ireland Water engineers are currently renewing infrastructure in the Toome Road area, to try and fix long-standing flooding problems there.
But Ballymena Councillor, Reuben Glover, says they've unearthed a big problem at Toome Road roundabout:
