A 25 year old man has been arrested by police investigating the circumstances surrounding a man's death in Coleraine.
A house in Silverthorn Avenue has been sealed off and investigations are underway.
A spokesman from the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service confirmed they received a call around 12.30pm on Tuesday afternoon.
No one was taken away from the scene.
The man who died is understood to be from the local area and was aged in his 60's.
The suspect was arrested in Coleraine shortly after 5.30pm on Tuesday evening.

She said “Police say they are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man in Silverthorn Avenue in Coleraine.
"The news of this sudden death has caused great distress in the local community.
“Rather than add to that distress through speculation, I would appeal to anyone with information to bring it forward to the PSNI.”
