Maintenance work at Broughshane Bowling Green is being welcomed.

Weeds from a nearby hedgerow had contaminated the Green, but Council staff have now trimmed and topped it.

MLA Paul Frew says Council also agreed to replace the hedgegrow with a fence at the end of the season.
