A car has been stolen from outside a home on the Ballinamullan Road near Omagh.
Shortly after ten o'clock on Sunday night, a Volkswagen Golf pulled up outside the premises and let someone out.
That person then got into a parked blue Vauxhall Vectra DTI and drove it way.
Police are now asking for anyone who may have noticed anything suspicious to come forward.
"We are appealing to anyone who may have any information or to anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious activity in the area to contact Omagh Police Station on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference 1468 on 09/10/16," a police spokesperson has said.
"Or, if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111," it went on.
