A member of the Irish Coastguard has died after a vessel overturned during a search operation in Co Clare.
Three people were involved in an ongoing search operation this afternoon in Kilkee for a man missing from Lisseycasey.
Their RIB boat flipped over in a heavy swell and the two other crew members were rushed to hospital.
Their conditions are unknown.
The RNLI helicopter was tasked to the incident from Shannon and the search for the missing man continues.
