Now as we know the Coleraine Chronicle's iconic office building is up for sale.
But its owner is today reassuring the public that the newspaper itself has a firm future.
The distinctive red-bricked Chronicle building on Railway Road dates back to 1900.
And Alpha Newspaper Group boss Lord Kilclooney says there's a good reason why he's disposing of it:
