Fermanagh and Omagh Policing and Community Safety Parntership, in partnership with the PSNI, hosted a Crash Car Simulator event at Lisbellaw Parish Centre.
It was in response to concerns about speeding in the area.
The simulator is a joint safer driving initiative between Fermanagh and Omagh and Mid Ulster Policing and Community Safety Partnerships.
It allows young drivers to experience the devastating consequences of driving irresponsibly, including the potential for injury and death, through the simulation crash.
Speaking at the event, the Chairman of Fermanagh and Omagh PCSP, Councillor Keith Elliott said:
"Too many young people have been killed on our roads. Two of the most common factors in road accidents are inattentiveness and excessive speed.
While speeding is an issue in this area, I am confident that the graphic nature of this simulation will help to deter local drivers from speeding through the village."
He also thanked everyone involved in delivering the event in Lisbellaw.
