'Save our Emergency Department' campaigners will meet Southern Trust top management this week over Daisy Hill Hospital.
The group's seeking answers to claims that Craigavon's been treated more favourably than the Newry hospital.
Daisy Hill Hospital's emergency department was threatened with cut hours due to staff shortages.
But a summit of health service stakeholders last week brought about a turn-around on the plan, with the Trust saying it had secured regional support to solve the the crisis.
It has since disputed claims of a similar vein made by Southern Trust consultant Donal Duffin.
Campaigning committee member Seana Grant claims that Craigavon Area Hospital is being treated more favourably than the Newry hospital.
