There's been a shooting incident at a flat in Coleraine in Co. Derry/Londonderry.
Detectives says it happened in the Elms Park area shortly before 11.30 last night.
No one was inside the property at the time.
Detective Sergeant Higgins said:
“Shortly before 11:30pm, it was reported to police that shots had been fired at a property in the area.
No one was inside at the time, with damage caused to the downstairs window and the front door of the flat as a result of the incident.
“Enquiries are continuing to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident and police would appeal to anyone with any information to contact detectives on 101, quoting reference number 2089 30/09/21.
