Cars parked on pavements pose a dangerous obstacle for people with sight loss.

Obstructions such as these often force the visually impaired onto the road.
Police say this can be particularly dangerous as those with vision loss cannot see oncoming traffic.
Pavement parking can also be dangerous for parents with pushchairs, wheelchair users and other disabled people.
