A formal investigation is being launched in to a care home outside Belfast.
Family members of residents at Dunmurry Manor have raised concerns over the standards of care and safety being provided.
Health authorities have also been monitoring the site after allegations of serious failures there.
The inquiry is expected to take three to four months to complete.
In the meantime, new admissions to the home have been suspended.
