There have been 8 Covid-19 related deaths recorded here in the past 24 hours, according to the latest figures from the Department of health.
There have also been 1,031 new cases of the virus recorded in the same period.

Currently, there are 41 Covid patients in Intensive care in hospital in Northern Ireland.

The latest update from the Department of Health comes as it emerges that research suggests vaccine hesitancy among young people has fallen.
The Office for National Statistics suggests the reluctance of 16 and 17-year-olds - who can now get a jab - has decreased from 14 percent to 11 percent.
It's also dropped for young adults aged 18 to 21 from nine to five percent.
