The East Londonderry and North Antrim constituencies will be abolished, under electoral boundary change proposals being published later today.
North Antrim would be abolished and Ballymena would become part of a new West Antrim constituency.
East Londonderry would be absorbed into a larger Glenshane seat with a nationalist majority.
And Coleraine would become part of a new Dalriada constituency.
There'll be an extensive consultation, but if approved the changes will be in place for the 2020 General Election.
They could also be adopted for the Stormont Assembly Elections, meaning a reduction in MLAs from the current 108 to 85.
