The Equality Commission has contacted the Border Force over its latest recruitment campaign in Northern Ireland.
It's after adverts which stated applicants must be able to produce a British Passport at interview.
There are concerns that could exclude people who identify as Irish.
The Commission says it understands the Border Force is reviewing the matter.
