This week the Health and Social Care Board is holding a pre-consultation in Omagh to discuss 'Re-shaping' stroke services.
To prepare for this meeting, Fermanagh's Stroke Support Group are holding a meeting of their own to prepare.
The meeting will take place at 8pm this evening at the Stroke Group office - 24 Cross Street, Enniskillen.
They will discuss the upcoming pre-consultation meeting in the Tara Centre, Omagh about the regional review of Stroke services at South West Acute Hospital (SWAH).
A spokesperson said:
"We want the community to pull together to retain stroke services in our local hospital.
"We ask you as the public to attend our meeting and help us fight to keep all stroke services at SOUTH WEST ACUTE HOSPITAL".
A petition has also been set up to try and protect the services at SWAH.
