The new initiative to tackle anti social car related issues the city centre has started
Police and the DVA carried out a major vehicle safety operation at the weekend in the Lower Strand Road area.
It's in relation to the 'boy racer' issue many residents have been faced with.
PSNI Foyle said 'The operation is to ensure that the vehicles driving around our great city are roadworthy and safe. Here’s a couple of pictures to show our teams in action.'
