Homes evacuated during west Belfast security alert

Police are at the scene of a security alert in the Dunmurry area of west Belfast. 

It follows the discovery of a suspicious object in the White Rise area. 

White Rise has been closed to traffic and a number of homes in the area have been evacuated.

Brook Leisure Centre has been made available for evacuated residents.

There are no further details at this time.
