A Banbridge driver faces a ban after being caught more than three times over the limit.
When he was stopped by police last night, he was also found to be driving with no MOT, no insurance and as an unaccompanied learner.
Police have charged him with driving offences.
In a Facebook post, officers commented, "If convicted he'll be banned. When he eventually gets his license he'll have astronomical insurance fees to pay."
