Police, prosecutors and victims are coming together to tell victims of sexual abuse and violence 'it's time to break the silence'.

A sold out conference is being held in Belfast later kicking off a week long awareness campaign.

Cara Cash from the support charity NEXUS, says they deal with all kinds of people.
