While the popular Cheltenham festival gets well underway and on its third day, West Tyrone MLA Michaela Boyle has stressed the importance to the public of staying in control of their gambling.
She says those who have struggled with gambling in particular need to know their limits and when to stop, and that there's help locally if it's needed:
