London terror attack: What we know

• At least two people are dead according to sources.
   
• The Port of London Authority says a woman's been pulled alive from the River Thames and is seriously hurt.
   
• Some people have 'catastrophic injuries'.
   
• The Metropolitan Police are treating the incident as a terrorist attack.
   
• A car mounted the bridge at Westminster and ploughed in to pedestrians.
   
• An officer has been stabbed inside grounds of Parliament.
   
• Alleged culprit shot by police.
