A man's been arrested in connection with a shooting incident in Derry-Londonderry on Tuesday.
A car was rammed in the Sevenoaks area before a number of shots were fired.
The driver of the black car managed to leave the area and drive to a local police station.
A silver Peugeot believed to have been used by the gunmen was abandoned and set alight at Lincoln Court a short time after the incident.
No one was injured but it's believed the intended victim was targeted in another incident last month.
A 50 year old suspect was detained last night on suspicion of attempted murder.
Detectives have asked anyone with information to contact detectives at Strand Road police station.
