A young man has been rescued from water in County Down, after consuming a full bottle of vodka before going swimming.
The alarm was raised just before half 6 last night, when the casualty had lost consciousness in Bloody Bridge River.
He's now recovering in hospital.
The coastguard say when they arrived, the young man's friends were also drunk and didn't accept the severity of the situation.
As tempartures are set to increase this week, we're being reminded to stay sensible in and around water.
