A man in his 20's has been treated for smoke inhalation, following an arson attack on his home in the Tyrone village of Coagh.
It happened at a residential premises in the Ballinderry Bridge Road area, before 11pm on Monday night.
Police say a flammable liquid was poured through a broken window of a the house and set alight.
Damage was caused to the property as a result of the incident.
The man was also taken to hospital to be treated, however his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
Enquiries are still ongoing and police have asked anyone with information to contact them on 101 quoting reference number 1460 17/9/18.
