The father of Mid and East Antrim Mayor Audrey Wales has passed away after a short illness.
Nathaniel Marks was in his nineties.
Mayor Wales has withdrawn from her normal scheduled engagements ahead of Mr Mark's funeral tomorrow.
He'll be buried in Ahoghill after a service at Henry's Funeral Parlour in Ballymena.
