The future of Narrow Water Bridge remains uncertain after a presentation to the Good Friday committee.
Newry Mourne and Down district council CEO Liam Hannaway and his County Louth counterpart Joan Martin presented to the committee in Dublin yesterday.
The councillors sought support for cash for the project.
Responding to questions, Mr Hannaway told committee that without it the future of the cross-border bridge is 'precarious':
