A woman's been arrested following following a road traffic collision at a children’s play park in Newtownards.
Police say they received a report that a car being driven in the Abbot Gardens area around 12.30pm had collided with a wall and a play park fence.
No one was injured and a woman driver was arrested on suspicion of driving while unfit and dangerous driving.
Inspector Jonny Hart said: “Thankfully, there were no reports of injuries.
“The female driver was arrested on suspicion of driving while unfit and dangerous driving.
She remains in custody at this time.
“We would like to thank the community for their cooperation, as police carry out enquiries in the local area.”
