An evening of 'fang-tastic' Hallowe'en festivities awaits the hardy late-night revellers of Omagh at OASIS Plaza later.
The 'Party on the Plaza' will feature 'spooktacular' street entertainers, fire jugglers as well as a fancy dress party from 6PM.
And at 7:30, there's to be a dazzling free pyrotechnics display, launched from the Strule Arts Centre that'll bring proceedings to a close.
A designated viewing area for the display will be available at the OASIS Plaza and along the Strule River.
Organised by Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, the event will also feature a bizarre and mystifying 'Hallowe'en Vortex Tunnel'.
Speaking about the Halloween Party on the Plaza, Chairperson of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, Councillor Mary Garrity, said:
“The OASIS Plaza is a superb venue right in the centre of town for this flagship Halloween event. With entertainment on offer from 6 pm, the Party on the Plaza promises to be a great evening out for the whole family.”
Admission to tonight's event is free - motorists are also advised that parking at OASIS Plaza will be limited, including blue badge parking.
Omagh County Hall car park will also be open for the duration of the event with parking available at other town centre car parks.
A one way pedestrian access to the OASIS Plaza from Drumragh Avenue entrance will be in operation.
